Orders over £50 will qualify for free delivery. For orders under £50 shipping will be charged at a flat rate of £3.99. This will be a 24hr tracked service Monday-Saturday following processing of your order.
REPUBLIC OF IRELAND Customers
Orders over €55 after any discounts are applied will qualify for free delivery. For orders under €55 shipping will be charged at a flat rate of €5.95. This will be a 24hr tracked service Monday-Saturday following processing of your order.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in a saleable condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
When returning an item we recommend you do so via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. We cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit and items retuned to us that arrive damaged will not be credited. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your item/s and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be made to your original payment method. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
