Hello and welcome to Bey & Bo. If you’ve landed on this page then it’s more than likely you’re either, a candle fanatic, a lover of all things coastal, or adopting a more sustainable lifestyle. Or perhaps, like me, it’s all three!

I’m Rebecca, the founder of Bey & Bo.

I started Bey & Bo in 2020 as a hobby. My hobby gradually transformed into a passion and then my passion into a business.  

I live in Portstewart, a small picturesque coastal town right on the tip of the North Coast of Northern Ireland. I’m lucky to have some of the most beautiful beaches in the world right on my doorstep.

When I first started making candles I was drawn to the idea of crafting something that would capture the scents of this coastal haven. The salty breeze, the sound of the waves and the warmth of the sun on your face– it's pure bliss! Who doesn't love the beach? But what if you could bring that feeling home with you? That's where we come in. At Bey & Bo we've crafted a home fragrance collection that captures the essence of coastal living, all while being kind to the planet.

With scents like Coastland, Berry Beach, Sand Dune, Driftwood and Seabird, each candle is like a mini vacation for your senses. And if candles aren't your thing, we also offer cruelty free, long-lasting reed diffusers and vegan friendly wax melts in the same coastal-inspired fragrances.

Creating an eco-conscious candle brand was important to me. Sustainability, and being kind to the planet, is something I strive towards and has played an integral part in the Bey & Bo journey. What sets us apart is our use of natural rapeseed and coconut wax, which not only burns cleaner and longer than traditional paraffin wax but due to supporting sustainable farming practices, is also way more sustainable than soy wax.  This makes Bey & Bo not only a luxurious addition to your home but also a responsible choice for the planet. So you can enjoy the scent of the beach and be confident that your choice is helping to make a positive impact on the environment. Furthermore, our products contain no animal-derived ingredients, so you can enjoy them with a clear conscience.
